Description: This document discusses my volunteer work and how it has positively changed my outlook on my future and created new goals for me. The sit ins have provided me with knowledge and background on my future career.The dog beach clean up made me realize that anyone can volunteer to help the community, there just needs to be a better resource to promote these programs. 

Reflection: the dog beach clean up has provided me with the realization that the waste that comes from our everyday lives can negatively effect the community's overall health. The sit ins gave me the insight I needed that actually made me change my career to respiratory therapy.
